1. A company I love isn't signed up. How do they join?

We think everyone should earn rewards for doing what they do. Tell us about a company that you love, and when they're set up with Pummelo, we'll let you know! If you're a company that would like to offer Pummelo to your coustomers, let us know!

2. Is it really free to earn rewards?

Yes, it really is! No strings attached. We've worked with highly-regarded companies to develop a business model that allows them to offer these awesome rewards to you for free, just for doing the things that you already do! This is just one more way that they're improving customer service to you.

3. I found a bug. How do I report it?

Uh oh. Pesky bugs. Let us know what you've found and how it happened, and we'll get right on that. It would be super-helpful if you could also include details like what device you use and any relevant screenshots.

4. How do I remove my account?

An adult can do so in the Pummelo app, by going to Settings menu, tapping "Manage Family", tapping the account to delete, and then tapping "Delete this account." Or, you can send an email to support@workscale.io from the email account that you used to sign up, with the subject line "Delete Account".

When you request for an account to be deleted, we will deactivate that account immediately. If you log in again, we will reactivate it for you. Otherwise, after 30 days, we will delete all of your information, including profile information, points and progress.

Don't have the app installed? Email us at info@workscale.io with the subject line REMOVE, and we'll delete your account for you.
